【摘要】：目的分析HPV陽性患者的心理應(yīng)激特點及其與情緒體驗和社會支持的關(guān)系。方法采用正負(fù)性情緒量表(positive and negative affect scale,PANAS)、心理應(yīng)激自評問卷(psychological stress self-evaluation test,PSET)和領(lǐng)悟社會支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)對101名HPV陽性患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 (1)HPV陽性患者應(yīng)激水平低于50分者52人(占51.49%),輕度應(yīng)激(50~60分)30人(占29.70%),中度應(yīng)激(60~69分)16人(占15.84%),重度應(yīng)激(69分)3人(占2.97%);(2)HPV陽性患者的心理應(yīng)激癥狀主要表現(xiàn)在睡眠不好(89.1%)、緊張煩躁(90.1%)、易驚跳(53.5%)、警覺性增加(87.1%)、身心疲憊(75.2%)、易激惹(76.5%)、過度興奮(57.4%)、災(zāi)難場景閃回(64.4%)等;(3)HPV陽性患者心理應(yīng)激水平與其積極情緒呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.464,P0.01),與消極情緒呈正相關(guān)(r=0.560,P0.01);且與領(lǐng)悟社會支持程度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.225,P0.05);(4)逐步回歸分析的結(jié)果提示:負(fù)性情緒、正性情緒可以有效預(yù)測心理應(yīng)激水平,總解釋率為39.5%。結(jié)論近一半的HPV陽性患者均有不同程度的心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng),且心理應(yīng)激水平與其積極情緒、消極情緒和領(lǐng)悟社會支持程度具有相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of psychological stress and its relationship with emotional experience and social support in HPV positive patients. Methods 101 patients with positive and negative HPV were investigated with positive and negative emotion scale (positive and negative affect scalepans), (psychological stress self-evaluation test (PSET) and perceived social support scale (perceived social support scalePSSS). Results (1) 52 (51.49%) patients with HPV positive stress had lower stress level (51.49%), 30 (29.70%) mild stress (50-60 points), 16 (15.84%) moderate stress (6.069), 3 (2.97%); (2) severe stress (2.97%); (2). In poor sleep (89.1%), nervousness and irritability (90.1%), agitation (53.5%), increased alertness (87.1%), physical and mental exhaustion (75.2%), irritability (76.5%), over-excitement (57.4%), flash back of disaster scene (64.4%), (3) the level of psychological stress in HPV positive patients was negatively correlated with their positive emotion (r-0.464P0.01). The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation (r = 0.560) and a negative correlation with perceived social support (r = -0.225); (_ 4). Positive emotion can effectively predict the level of psychological stress, the total explanation rate is 39.5%. Conclusion nearly half of HPV positive patients have different degree of psychological stress, and the level of psychological stress is related to their positive emotion, negative emotion and perceived social support.
