【摘要】：目的：探討胰高血糖素瘤的臨床特征及診治方法。方法：收集中國1981—-2012年中文文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道的101例胰高血糖素瘤病人的臨床資料,刪除重復(fù)報(bào)道的31例病例,將剩余可使用的70例臨床病例按年齡、性別、臨床表現(xiàn)、腫瘤部位及大小、有無轉(zhuǎn)移及轉(zhuǎn)移部位、手術(shù)治療等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：男性34例,女性36例,年齡位于28～79歲之間,平均48.8歲。有壞死溶解性游走性紅斑、糖尿病、體重減輕、貧血、舌炎／口腔炎／唇炎的病人分別為60例、56例、50例、37例、39例。對(duì)腫瘤部位進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描述的56例,其中25例腫瘤位于胰腺體尾部,占44.6%。確診時(shí)已有肝轉(zhuǎn)移者34例。行手術(shù)治療者50例(50/70；71.4%)。結(jié)論：胰高血糖素瘤是一類具有高轉(zhuǎn)移性的腫瘤,在胰腺內(nèi)部具有沿胰腺蔓延的趨勢,且具有多中心起源的可能性,手術(shù)治療是其最為有效的治療手段。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of glucagon tumor. Methods: the clinical data of 101 cases of glucagon tumor reported in Chinese literature from 1981 to 2012 were collected, 31 cases of repeated reports were deleted, and the remaining 70 cases were classified according to age, sex and clinical manifestation. Tumor location and size, metastasis and metastasis, surgical treatment and other items were analyzed. Results: there were 34 males and 36 females, aged between 28 and 79 years, with an average age of 48.8 years. The number of patients with necrotic soluble wandering erythema, diabetes, weight loss, anemia, glossitis / stomatitis / lip were 60 / 56 / 50 / 37 / 39 respectively. Of the 56 cases whose tumors were described in detail, 25 cases were located in the caudal part of the pancreas, accounting for 44.6%. There were 34 cases of liver metastasis at the time of diagnosis. Operation was performed in 50 cases (50 / 70 71.4%). Conclusion: glucagon tumor is a kind of tumor with high metastasis. It has the tendency of spreading along the pancreas and has the possibility of multi-center origin. Surgical treatment is the most effective treatment method.
