【摘要】：目的觀察肺癌血清標(biāo)志物細(xì)胞增殖抗原(PCNA)及Bcl-2相關(guān)X蛋白(Bax)的表達(dá)及與預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法收集該院100例肺癌患者(肺癌組)及50例健康人血清標(biāo)本(對(duì)照組),采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測(cè)肺癌組及對(duì)照組血清中PCNA及Bax表達(dá)量,同時(shí)探討二者與肺癌病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果肺癌組PCNA表達(dá)高于對(duì)照組,低中分化組PCNA表達(dá)高于高分化組,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期PCNA表達(dá)高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組PCNA表達(dá)高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。而肺癌組中Bax表達(dá)情況相反,并與PCNA表達(dá)負(fù)相關(guān),同時(shí)肺癌組PCNA和Bax表達(dá)與患者性別、年齡、吸煙史、病理類型及腫瘤大小無關(guān)。結(jié)論 PCNA的表達(dá)對(duì)肺癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展起促進(jìn)作用,并與Bax表達(dá)負(fù)相關(guān),二者的表達(dá)可為肺癌的診斷及預(yù)后提供判斷依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of serum proliferative antigen (PCNA) and Bcl-2 related X protein (Bax) (Bax) and their prognostic significance in patients with lung cancer. Methods Serum samples of 100 patients with lung cancer (lung cancer group) and 50 healthy people (control group) were collected. The expression of PCNA and Bax in serum of lung cancer group and control group were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).
