【摘要】：腎癌是臨床上較為常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤。由于早期癥狀不明顯,約30%的腎癌患者在確診時(shí)已發(fā)生遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移。腫瘤細(xì)胞進(jìn)入血液循環(huán)是腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中的重要步驟,循環(huán)腫瘤細(xì)胞(CTCs)是指脫離原發(fā)病灶并進(jìn)入外周血循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的一類細(xì)胞。目前已經(jīng)報(bào)道的CTCs檢測(cè)技術(shù)有50余種,其中應(yīng)用較為廣泛的方法為RT-PCR法及Cell Search法,近年新開(kāi)展的微流體芯片法和e Tumor Type法表現(xiàn)出了較高的檢出率,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。研究提示,外周血CTCs水平可以用于判斷腎癌患者的臨床分期和評(píng)估預(yù)后,在腫瘤的早期微轉(zhuǎn)移中具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Renal cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor. About 30% of RCC patients had distant metastasis at the time of diagnosis because the early symptoms were not obvious. Tumor cells entering into blood circulation is an important step in the process of tumor metastasis. Circulating tumor cell (CTCs) is a kind of cells that separate from the primary tumor and enter the peripheral blood circulatory system. At present, there are more than 50 CTCs detection techniques reported, among which RT-PCR and Cell Search methods are widely used. In recent years, the new microfluidic chip method and e Tumor Type method have shown a higher detection rate, and have a good application prospect. The results suggest that the level of CTCs in peripheral blood can be used to judge the clinical stage and evaluate the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma and play an important role in the early micrometastasis of the tumor.
