【摘要】：日本《胃癌處理規(guī)約》及《胃癌治療指南》(以下分別簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)規(guī)約和指南)對(duì)全球胃癌診治具有重大影響,且其迅速篩選并汲取新研究、新理念,及時(shí)進(jìn)行充實(shí)修訂。在2016年和2017年的第88、89屆日本胃癌學(xué)會(huì)年會(huì),分別對(duì)規(guī)約和指南再度修訂要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)而深入的討論。規(guī)約對(duì)胃區(qū)域淋巴結(jié)的亞分類(lèi)、胃癌腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移程度的判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、病理學(xué)分類(lèi)等相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和修訂。指南更新部分主要集中在外科治療、化療(推薦新的藥物及化療方案)、內(nèi)鏡治療(內(nèi)鏡切除適應(yīng)證擴(kuò)大)和指南的文書(shū)形式方面。修訂后新版規(guī)約及指南將于2017年出版。此次修訂匯集當(dāng)今最新的科學(xué)研究成果,將對(duì)胃癌臨床診治產(chǎn)生重要影響。
[Abstract]:Japan's gastric Cancer treatment Protocol and the gastric Cancer treatment guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the protocols and guidelines respectively) have great influence on the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer worldwide, and their rapid screening and learning new research, new ideas, timely and substantial revision. At the 889th annual meeting of the Japanese gastric Cancer Society in 2016 and 2017, the key points for the revision of the statute and the guidelines were discussed in a rigorous and in-depth manner, respectively. The subclassification of gastric regional lymph nodes, the criteria for determining the degree of peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer, and the pathological classification were supplemented and revised. The updated guidelines focus on surgical treatment, chemotherapy (recommending new drugs and chemotherapy protocols), endoscopic therapy (extended indications of endoscopic excision), and the form of documentation of the guidelines. The revised statute and guide will be published in 2017. The revision, which brings together the latest scientific research results, will have an important impact on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
