【摘要】：臨床試驗是指導(dǎo)臨床實踐的重要依據(jù)。自2004年開始,中國肺癌研究者從參加國際多中心臨床試驗到主導(dǎo)國際多中心臨床試驗,并建立首個國內(nèi)多中心臨床試驗協(xié)作組織,推動了新藥的發(fā)展、新治療模式的建立以及創(chuàng)新臨床試驗設(shè)計。文中以表皮生長因子受體酪氨酸酶抑制劑為例,主要評述了中國肺癌研究者所參與或主導(dǎo)的改變中國乃至世界范圍肺癌診療實踐的臨床研究,肺癌臨床研究目前面臨的挑戰(zhàn)以及對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:Clinical trial is an important basis for guiding clinical practice. Since 2004, Chinese lung cancer researchers have promoted the development of new drugs from participating in international multi-center clinical trials to leading international multi-center clinical trials, and establishing the first multi-center clinical trial cooperative organization in China. Establishment of new treatment model and innovative clinical trial design. Taking the epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosinase inhibitor as an example, this paper reviews the clinical studies involved in or led by Chinese lung cancer researchers to change the practice of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment in China and the world. Challenges and prospects for clinical research on lung cancer.
