【摘要】：目的探討臨床、超聲、細胞病理學特征對甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌(PTMC)中央區(qū)淋巴結轉移(CLNM)的預測價值。方法收集110例經術后組織病理證實為PTMC并行中央區(qū)淋巴結清掃的病例,回顧性分析PTMC組織病理學特征,及術前臨床、超聲、細胞病理學特征與CLNM的相關性。結果納入的110例PTMC病例中,共31例(28.2%)出現CLNM。PTMC的病理特征中,病灶5mm、多灶性、多側性、甲狀腺包膜侵犯、側區(qū)淋巴結轉移與CLNM顯著相關(P0.05)。術前特征中,患者年齡≤38歲、超聲測量可疑病灶6mm、可疑多灶性、多側性及可疑淋巴結轉移或包膜侵犯等為CLNM的危險因素(P0.05)。結論術前通過分析可疑PTMC患者臨床、超聲資料,對CLNM具有一定預測價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the predictive value of clinical, ultrasound and cytopathological features in central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma (PTMC). Methods the histopathological features of PTMC with central lymph node dissection were retrospectively analyzed in 110 patients with PTMC confirmed by histopathology, and the correlation between preoperative clinical, ultrasound, cytopathological features and CLNM was analyzed retrospectively. Results among the 110 cases of PTMC, 31 (28.2%) had the pathological features of CLNM.PTMC.
