【摘要】：白細(xì)胞介素17F(interleukin-17F,IL-17F)是主要由Th17細(xì)胞分泌的促炎癥因子,屬于IL-17家族,與家族另一成員IL-17A有極強(qiáng)的同源性。IL-17F具有獨(dú)特的生物學(xué)功能,可誘導(dǎo)多種趨化因子和細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá),參與免疫細(xì)胞應(yīng)答及炎癥反應(yīng),在發(fā)揮抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞進(jìn)展的同時亦有促進(jìn)腫瘤進(jìn)展和轉(zhuǎn)移的風(fēng)險。本文對IL-17F的生物學(xué)功能、抑瘤效應(yīng)及促瘤效應(yīng)等方面的研究進(jìn)展和取得的新成果進(jìn)行了綜述,為IL-17F在相關(guān)腫瘤治療方面提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Interleukin 17F (interleukin-17F, IL-17F), a proinflammatory factor secreted mainly by Th17 cells, belongs to the IL-17 family and has a very strong homologous.IL-17F with another member of the family member IL-17A. It has a unique biological function, which can induce a variety of chemokines and cytokines, participate in immune response and inflammation, and play an inhibitory role. The development of tumor cells also has the risk of promoting tumor progression and metastasis. This article reviews the progress and new achievements of the biological function, tumor suppressor effect and tumor promoting effect of IL-17F, which provides the basis for IL-17F in the treatment of tumor.
