【摘要】：乙醛脫氫酶1(ALDH1)是干細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)和分化的必需物質(zhì)。國(guó)內(nèi)外研究表明:ALDH1參與腫瘤干細(xì)胞的自我更新、分化和自我保護(hù),與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展有密切關(guān)聯(lián),可作為腫瘤治療的特異性靶點(diǎn)。本文作者將從ALDH1作為宮頸癌干細(xì)胞標(biāo)志物及其與宮頸癌復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移、預(yù)后和放化療抵抗等方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH 1) is an essential substance for stem cell growth and differentiation. Studies at home and abroad show that: ALDH1 is involved in the self-renewal, differentiation and self-protection of tumor stem cells, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor, and can be used as a specific target for tumor therapy. This article reviews ALDH1 as a marker of cervical cancer stem cells and its relationship with cervical cancer recurrence, metastasis, prognosis and chemoradiotherapy resistance.
