【摘要】：目的研究CA19-9、s-ULBP2、Dkk1聯(lián)合診斷胰腺癌的價值及相關(guān)性。方法選擇2016年1月至2017年5月住院胰腺癌患者56例,同期健康體檢健康者45例和良性胰腺病患者33例作為研究對象,比較3組血清CA19-9、Dkk1與s-ULBP2表達及與臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。分析CA19-9、s-ULBP2、Dkk1及聯(lián)合檢測診斷胰腺癌的診斷效能。結(jié)果胰腺癌患者血清CA19-9、s-ULBP2及Dkk1含量明顯高于良性胰腺病組及健康對照組(P0.05)。CA19-9、s-ULBP2與TNM分期、組織分化程度有關(guān),且CA19-9與腫瘤部位也有關(guān)。聯(lián)合檢測診斷值高于任意指標單獨檢測。結(jié)論 CA19-9、s-ULBP2、Dkk1與胰腺癌關(guān)系密切,三者聯(lián)合檢測可提高胰腺癌診斷準確率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the value and correlation of combined diagnosis of pancreatic cancer with CA19-9 s-ULBP 2 and Dkk 1. Methods from January 2016 to May 2017, 56 patients with pancreatic cancer, 45 healthy controls and 33 patients with benign pancreatic disease were selected. The expression of serum CA19-9 Dkk1 and s-ULBP2 and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters were compared among the three groups. To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of CA19-9-ULBP2Dkk1 and its combined detection in pancreatic cancer. Results the serum levels of CA19-9 + -ULBP2 and Dkk1 in patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those in benign pancreatic disease group and healthy control group (P0.05). CA19-9s-ULBP2 was related to TNM stage and tissue differentiation, and CA19-9 was also related to tumor location. The diagnostic value of joint detection was higher than that of any index alone. Conclusion CA19-9 and ULBP2Dkk1 are closely related to pancreatic carcinoma, and the combined detection of them can improve the diagnostic accuracy of pancreatic cancer.
