【摘要】：目的通過系統(tǒng)綜述和meta分析了解人乳頭瘤狀病毒疫苗(HPV vaccination)在我國人群中的認(rèn)知程度和可接受性。方法制定檢索策略和納入排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),檢索PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、相關(guān)期刊論文、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,整理并運(yùn)用R3.2.2軟件進(jìn)行meta分析。結(jié)果納入相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)53篇,經(jīng)meta分析合并后得出我國人群中HPV疫苗的知曉率為17.13%(95%CI:14.04%~20.46%),認(rèn)知率為18.64%(95%CI:10.87%~27.92%),HPV疫苗的接受率為66.20%(95%CI:57.63%~74.28%),給女兒接種HPV疫苗的接受率為65.48%(95%CI:56.85%~73.63%)。結(jié)論我國人群中HPV疫苗的知曉率及HPV疫苗的認(rèn)知率較低,但該疫苗的接受率較高,且大部分人愿意給女兒接種該疫苗。通過宣傳和教育提高人群對(duì)HPV疫苗的認(rèn)知水平,更有助于促進(jìn)HPV疫苗的推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition and acceptability of human papillomavirus vaccine HPVV in Chinese population by systematic review and meta analysis. Methods Retrieval strategies and exclusion criteria were established, and the meta analysis was carried out with the software R3.2.2, including PubMedus EMBASE Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Weip Database, Wanfang Database, and R3.2.2 software. Results 53 papers were included, and the results of meta analysis showed that the awareness rate of HPV vaccine in Chinese population was 17.13: 95CI14.04 and 20.4646, and the cognitive rate was 18.6464 / 95CI10.8727.92and the acceptance rate of HPV vaccine was 66.2095 / 95CIW 57.63 / 74.288.The acceptance rate of HPV-vaccine was 65.4895 / 95CIPresident 56.85C / 73.63. Conclusion the awareness rate of HPV vaccine and the cognition rate of HPV vaccine in Chinese population are low, but the acceptance rate of HPV vaccine is higher, and most of them are willing to inoculate their daughter with the vaccine. The promotion and application of HPV vaccine can be promoted by raising the level of awareness of HPV vaccine.
