IL-33在胰腺癌中的表達(dá)及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的:分析胰腺癌患者腫瘤組織、癌旁組織以及正常胰腺組織中IL-33的表達(dá)差異;初步探討IL-33的表達(dá)與胰腺癌臨床病理特征的相關(guān)性。方法:利用qRT-PCR法檢測(cè)經(jīng)臨床病理學(xué)確診的胰腺癌患者的腫瘤組織、癌旁組織以及正常胰腺組織中的IL-33 mRNA的相對(duì)表達(dá)量。同時(shí)運(yùn)用免疫組織化學(xué)方法分析以上相應(yīng)胰腺癌患者的腫瘤組織、癌旁組織、正常胰腺組織IL-33的表達(dá)情況。探討在癌旁組織中IL-33 mRNA表達(dá)量與患者患者的年齡、性別、腫瘤大小、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移等臨床病理特征之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:qPCR結(jié)果經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件處理分析顯示:IL-33 mRNA在胰腺癌癌旁組織的表達(dá)量最高,正常胰腺組織次之,癌組織中表達(dá)最少;免疫組化結(jié)果提示IL-33在癌旁組織中表達(dá)最高,正常組織中表達(dá)次之,腫瘤組織表達(dá)最少;在癌旁組織中,IL-33mRNA的表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和局部鄰近器官侵犯呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(P?0.05),與胰腺癌患者的性別、年齡、腫瘤的大小、分化程度、TNM分期無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:IL-33在胰腺癌癌旁組織表達(dá)最高,正常組織中表達(dá)次之,腫瘤組織中最少。在癌旁組織中,IL-33的表達(dá)與胰腺癌的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和局部鄰近器官侵犯呈負(fù)相關(guān),提示IL-33在胰腺癌進(jìn)展中具有抵抗腫瘤侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移的作用。IL-33表達(dá)與患者年齡、性別、腫瘤大小、分化程度、TNM分期無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the difference of IL-33 expression in tumor tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal pancreatic tissues in patients with pancreatic cancer, and to explore the relationship between the expression of IL-33 and clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer. Methods: the relative expression of IL-33 mRNA in tumor tissues, adjacent tissues and normal pancreas tissues was detected by qRT-PCR. The expression of IL-33 in tumor tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal pancreas tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemical method. To investigate the relationship between the expression of IL-33 mRNA in paracancerous tissues and clinicopathological features such as age, sex, tumor size, degree of differentiation, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and so on. Results by statistical software analysis, the expression of Wil 33 mRNA was the highest in the adjacent tissues of pancreatic cancer, followed by the normal pancreatic tissues, and the lowest in the cancer tissues, and the expression of IL-33 was the highest in the paracancerous tissues of pancreatic cancer by immunohistochemistry, and the results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of IL-33 mRNA was the highest in the paracancerous tissues. The expression of IL-33 mRNA in adjacent tissues was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and local adjacent organ invasion, and was negatively correlated with sex, age and tumor size of pancreatic cancer patients, while the expression of IL-33 mRNA in normal tissues was the second, and the expression of IL-33 mRNA in tumor tissues was the least, and the expression of IL-33 mRNA was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and invasion of local adjacent organs. There was no significant correlation between TNM stage and differentiation degree (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of 10-IL-33 is the highest in the adjacent tissues of pancreatic cancer, followed by the normal tissues, and the least in the tumor tissues. The expression of IL-33 in paracancerous tissues was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and local adjacent organ invasion of pancreatic carcinoma. It suggested that IL-33 may resist invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer, and the expression of IL-33 was associated with age, sex and tumor size. The degree of differentiation was not related to TNM stage.
