【摘要】：目的:研究不同子宮內(nèi)膜組織中真核細(xì)胞翻譯起始因子4E結(jié)合蛋白1(eukaryotic initiation factor 4E-binding protein 1,4E-BP1)、磷酸化4E-BP1(phosphorylated 4E-BP1,p-4E-BP1)的表達(dá),探討其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的臨床病理特征及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法:采用免疫組化法分別檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌、子宮內(nèi)膜非典型增生及正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中4E-BP1、p-4E-BP1的表達(dá)情況,并結(jié)合患者的年齡、腫瘤的組織病理學(xué)分級(jí)、手術(shù)病理分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、肌層浸潤(rùn)、腹水細(xì)胞學(xué)等臨床病理特征進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:(1)4E-BP1在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織、非典型增生內(nèi)膜、子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為81.8%(18/22)、33.3%(9/27)、20.9%(13/62),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。p-4E-BP1在三者之間的陽(yáng)性率逐漸升高,分別為22.7%(5/22)、59.3%(16/27)、82.3%(51/62),組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)4E-BP1的表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌的臨床病理特征之間無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。(3)p-4E-BP1的表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的組織學(xué)分級(jí)、肌層浸潤(rùn)有關(guān)(P均0.05),隨著組織學(xué)分化程度的降低,p-4E-BP1的表達(dá)增加(p0.05),在深肌層浸潤(rùn)的子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌中,P-4E-BP1的表達(dá)較淺肌層浸潤(rùn)癌顯著增加(P0.05)。P-4E-BP1的表達(dá)與年齡、手術(shù)病理分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及腹水細(xì)胞學(xué)之間無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.4E-BP1的表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌的臨床病理特征之間并無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05);2.p-4E-BP1的表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌的組織學(xué)分級(jí)、肌層浸潤(rùn)有關(guān),可能可以作為預(yù)后指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E binding protein 1(eukaryotic initiation factor 4E-binding protein 1, phosphorylated 4E-BP1P 1 and phosphorylated 4E-BP1P 1 in different endometrial tissues, and to explore the relationship between the expression of 4E-binding protein 4E-binding protein 1and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of 4E-BP1p-4E-BP1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium. The clinicopathological features of lymph node metastasis, myometrial infiltration and ascites cytology were analyzed. Results the positive expression rates of 4E-BP1 in normal endometrial tissue, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma were 81.8 / 1822 / 33. 3% respectively. The positive rate of P 0.05. P-4E-BP1 increased gradually between the three groups. There was no significant correlation between the expression of P0.05 and the clinicopathological features of endometrial adenocarcinoma and the expression of P0.05. 3p-4E-BP1 and histological grade of endometrial carcinoma. The expression of p-4E-BP1 increased with the decrease of histological differentiation. The expression of P-4E-BP1 was significantly increased in endometrial adenocarcinoma with deep myometrium invasion than that in superficial myometrial infiltrating carcinoma. The expression of P-4E-BP1 was significantly increased in patients with deep myometrial invasion than in superficial myometrial infiltrating carcinoma, and the expression of P-4E-BP1 was significantly higher than that of superficial myometrial infiltrating carcinoma, and the expression of P-4E-BP1 was significantly higher than that of superficial myometrial infiltrating carcinoma. There was no significant correlation between lymph node metastasis and ascites cytology. Conclusion there is no correlation between the expression of 1: 1.4E-BP1 and the clinicopathological features of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The expression of P0.05E-BP1 is related to the histological grade and myometrium infiltration of endometrial adenocarcinoma. It may be used as a prognostic index.
