【摘要】：目的了解四川省2004—2013年惡性腫瘤死亡情況及其所造成的潛在壽命損失,為慢性病防控工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集四川省2004年1月—2013年12月全人群死因監(jiān)測點死亡登記報告資料,應(yīng)用死亡登記信息系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)計與分析工具、Joinpoint 4.2.0.2軟件、SPSS 18.0軟件分析惡性腫瘤粗死亡率、標(biāo)化死亡率及其變化趨勢和潛在壽命損失年數(shù)。結(jié)果四川省居民惡性腫瘤死亡率從2004年的129.66/10萬上升至2013年的191.09/10萬,呈上升趨勢(APC=4.57%,t=11.84,P0.01),標(biāo)化死亡率從2004年的122.58/10萬上升至2013年的130.48/10萬,上升趨勢無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);男性惡性腫瘤死亡率高于女性,死亡率性別比為1.95~2.17:1,標(biāo)化死亡率性別比為1.85~2.05∶1;2004—2013年居于四川省前10位的惡性腫瘤依次為肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、胃癌、結(jié)直腸癌、白血病、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌、膀胱癌、宮頸癌,除胃癌外的其他9種惡心腫瘤死亡率均呈上升趨勢(均P0.05);四川省2004、2009、2013年惡性腫瘤所致居民潛在壽命損失年數(shù)(YPLL)分別為157 532.0、204 171.0、196 413.0人年,潛在壽命損失率(YPLLR)分別為14.04%、16.93%、15.83%。結(jié)論四川省惡性腫瘤死亡率總體呈上升趨勢,肺癌、肝癌、食管癌是造成該地區(qū)潛在壽命損失的主要惡性腫瘤。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the death of malignant tumor and its potential life loss in Sichuan Province from 2004 to 2013, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of chronic diseases. Methods data were collected from death registration data of whole population death surveillance sites in Sichuan Province from January 2004 to December 2013. The crude mortality rate of malignant tumors was analyzed by Joinpoint 4.2.0.2 software and SPSS 18.0 software. Standardized mortality, its changing trend and the number of years of potential life lost. Results the mortality rate of malignant tumor in Sichuan increased from 129.66 / 100 million in 2004 to 1,9109 / 100 000 in 2013. There was an upward trend of APC-4.57%, 11.84% P0.01. the standardized mortality rate increased from 1,225.8% / 100 000 in 2004 to 130.48% / 100 000 in 2013. The mortality rate of male malignant tumor was higher than that of female, and the sex ratio of mortality was 1.95 鹵2.17: 1. The standardized sex ratio of mortality was 1.85 鹵2.05: 1. The top 10 malignant tumors in Sichuan Province from 2004 to 2013 were lung cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, respectively. Colorectal cancer, leukemia, breast cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, bladder cancer, cervical cancer, The mortality rates of 9 kinds of nausea tumors except gastric cancer showed an increasing trend (all P0.05%; in Sichuan Province 2004,2009,2013, the number of years of life lost due to malignant neoplasms was 157 532.0204 171.0196 413.0 person years, respectively), the potential life loss rate was 14.04% 16.933% and 15.83%, respectively. Conclusion the mortality rate of malignant tumors in Sichuan Province is on the rise. Lung cancer, liver cancer and esophageal carcinoma are the main malignant tumors that cause the potential life loss in this area.
