【摘要】：目的探討廈門市城鄉(xiāng)居民胃癌死亡的變化趨勢(shì),為廈門市胃癌預(yù)防控制工作提供依據(jù)。方法收集整理2002-2013年廈門市城鄉(xiāng)居民胃癌死亡資料,用死亡率、平均減壽年數(shù)等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 2002-2013年,廈門市城市、農(nóng)村居民胃癌死亡率分別為16.75/10萬和14.64/10萬,人均壽命損失分別為8.11年和10.27年。無論城市、農(nóng)村,胃癌死亡率和壽命損失率始終維持在較平穩(wěn)水平;男性死亡率均高于女性;死亡率均隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)而升高,在75~歲年齡組達(dá)到高峰。結(jié)論廈門市城鄉(xiāng)居民胃癌死亡率總體保持在較平穩(wěn)水平,但仍呈高位態(tài)勢(shì),需重視胃癌的預(yù)防控制工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the trend of gastric cancer death in urban and rural residents of Xiamen, and to provide evidence for prevention and control of gastric cancer in Xiamen. Methods the data of gastric cancer death in urban and rural residents of Xiamen from 2002 to 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results from 2002 to 2013, the mortality rate of gastric cancer in urban and rural residents of Xiamen was 16.75 / 100 thousand and 14.64 / 100 million respectively, and the average life loss was 8.11 and 10.27 years, respectively. In both urban and rural areas, the mortality rate of gastric cancer and the rate of life loss remained stable, the mortality rate of males was higher than that of females, and the mortality rate increased with the increase of age, and reached a peak in the age group of 75 ~ years old. Conclusion the mortality rate of gastric cancer in urban and rural residents of Xiamen is stable, but it is still in a high position, so it is necessary to pay attention to the prevention and control of gastric cancer.
