【摘要】：目的分析不同部位甲狀腺乳頭狀癌的灰階超聲及彈性成像特點。方法術(shù)后經(jīng)病理證實為乳頭狀癌的甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)64個,按照病變所在部位將結(jié)節(jié)分成上極、中部、下極三組,觀測不同部位結(jié)節(jié)的灰階超聲、彩色血流以及彈性成像特點。結(jié)果甲狀腺乳頭狀癌結(jié)節(jié)灰階圖像多表現(xiàn)為低回聲結(jié)節(jié),邊界不清,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,縱橫比1;血流分布特點以Ⅱ、Ⅲ級為主;彈性成像評分以Ⅲ、Ⅳ分為主。兩兩比較,上極、中部、下極三組結(jié)節(jié)血流阻力指數(shù)(RI)差異沒有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);上極結(jié)節(jié)與中部結(jié)節(jié)、中部結(jié)節(jié)與下極結(jié)節(jié)彈性應(yīng)變率比值(SR)無差異(P0.05),上極結(jié)節(jié)與下極結(jié)節(jié)SR有差異(P值0.02)。結(jié)論不同部位甲狀腺乳頭狀癌彩色血流顯像無明顯差異,上極乳頭狀癌結(jié)節(jié)硬度高于下極。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the features of gray-scale ultrasonography and elastic imaging of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods Sixty-four thyroid nodules proved to be papillary carcinoma were divided into three groups according to the location of the lesions. The gray scale ultrasound, color blood flow and elastic imaging of the nodules were observed.
