【摘要】：目的探討口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中微小RNA-222(miRNA-222)表達(dá)變化及其臨床意義。方法收集86例口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者的腫瘤組織標(biāo)本為觀察組,30例口腔良性腫瘤患者的正�？谇火つそM織標(biāo)本為對照組。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法檢測兩組miRNA-222表達(dá),分析口鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織miRNA-222表達(dá)與患者臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果觀察組、對照組miRNA-222相對表達(dá)量分別為2.854±0.172、0.765±0.113,兩組比較P0.05。觀察組腫瘤直徑3 cm、TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、低分化、有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中miRNA-222相對表達(dá)量分別高于腫瘤直徑≤3 cm、TNM分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期、中高分化、無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移患者腫瘤組織(P均0.05)。結(jié)論口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中miRNA-222表達(dá)升高,檢測miRNA-222表達(dá)變化有助于口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌的診斷和病情判斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of minimal RNA-222 miRNA-222 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its clinical significance. Methods the tumor tissues of 86 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected as control group. The expression of miRNA-222 was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and the relationship between miRNA-222 expression and clinicopathological parameters in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) was analyzed. Results the relative expression of miRNA-222 in the observation group and the control group was 2.854 鹵0.172 鹵0.765 鹵0.113, respectively (P 0.05). The relative expression of miRNA-222 in poorly differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in tumor diameter 鈮，
