【摘要】：目的分析2003-2014年佛山市惡性腫瘤住院疾病譜的特征和變化趨勢,為腫瘤防治工作和專科建設提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2003-2014年佛山市區(qū)級以上醫(yī)院惡性腫瘤病人的病案首頁資料,進行回顧性分析。結果惡性腫瘤住院人數(shù)呈上升趨勢,增幅高于同期常住人口的增幅。前五位惡性腫瘤分別為:支氣管和肺癌、肝和肝內(nèi)膽管癌、結直腸肛門癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌,合計占全部腫瘤住院患者的55.6%。十二年來前五位腫瘤順位變化不大,但甲狀腺癌和宮頸癌的順位上升較快。結論佛山市腫瘤防治工作要加強,重點是支氣管和肺癌、肝和肝內(nèi)膽管癌、結直腸肛門癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌等腫瘤,同時應積極采取措施應對甲狀腺癌和宮頸癌發(fā)病的上升。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics and trend of disease spectrum of malignant tumor in Foshan City from 2003 to 2014, and to provide reference for cancer prevention and treatment and specialty construction. Methods the first page data of malignant tumor patients in Foshan City Hospital from 2003 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results the number of inpatients with malignant tumor showed an increasing trend, the increase was higher than that of resident population in the same period. The top five malignant tumors were bronchial and lung cancer, liver and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, colorectal anal carcinoma, breast cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which accounted for 55.6% of all the inpatients. The first five tumors have not changed much in the past 12 years, but thyroid and cervical cancer have increased more rapidly. Conclusion the prevention and treatment of tumor in Foshan should be strengthened, with emphasis on bronchus and lung cancer, liver and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, colorectal anus carcinoma, breast cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and so on. At the same time, measures should be taken to deal with the rising incidence of thyroid and cervical cancer.
