【摘要】：目的:檢測(cè)長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNA SNHG16在胃癌組織與癌旁組織中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義。方法:實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR(quantitative real time-PCR,qRT-PCR)法檢測(cè)SNHG16在41例胃癌組織及5株不同分化程度細(xì)胞系和胃黏膜上皮細(xì)胞中的表達(dá)情況,分析SNHG16表達(dá)與胃癌臨床病理的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:胃癌組織中SNHG16相對(duì)于癌旁組織其表達(dá)量為(2.64±1.59),表達(dá)顯著上調(diào)且與胃癌侵襲相關(guān)(P0.05,r=0.361)。與GES-1細(xì)胞株比較,HGC-27中SNHG16相對(duì)表達(dá)量為(4.21±0.69),MGC-803為(1.99±0.21),BGC-803為(1.90±0.44),SGC-7901為(0.76±0.05),AGS為(3.36±0.81);SNHG16在SGC-7901中低表達(dá),但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),在其他4株細(xì)胞中顯著高表達(dá)(P0.01)。結(jié)論:SNHG16在胃癌組織中高表達(dá),且其表達(dá)水平與胃癌侵襲程度相關(guān),可成為胃癌預(yù)后監(jiān)測(cè)及治療的靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the expression and clinical significance of long-chain non-coding RNA SNHG16 in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues. Methods: the expression of SNHG16 in 41 cases of gastric carcinoma, 5 different differentiation cell lines and gastric epithelial cells was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(quantitative real time-PCRQRT-PCR. the correlation between SNHG16 expression and clinicopathology of gastric cancer was analyzed. Results: the expression of SNHG16 in gastric cancer tissues was 2.64 鹵1.59, which was significantly up-regulated and correlated with the invasion of gastric carcinoma. Compared with GES-1 cell line, the relative expression of SNHG16 in HGC-27 was 4.21 鹵0.69 MGC-803, 1.99 鹵0.21, BGC-803, 1.90 鹵0.44, SGC-7901, 0.76 鹵0.05AGS, 3.36 鹵0.81HG16 in SGC-7901, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the high expression of the protein SNHG16 is associated with the degree of invasion of gastric cancer, which may be a target for the prognosis monitoring and treatment of gastric cancer.
