BAD在前列腺癌中的表達及其意義

【摘要】:目的:探討B(tài)ad蛋白在前列腺癌(PCa)中的表達及其臨床意義。方法:選擇48例前列腺癌(PCa)、21例前列腺上皮內瘤(PIN)和48例癌旁良性前列腺組織(BPH),采用免疫組織化學染色法觀察Bad蛋白在前列腺上皮及間質細胞中的表達,采用化學發(fā)光法檢測全部患者血清中的PSA的值,分析Bad表達與PCa臨床病理特征的關系及與不同PSA的值的相關性。結果:1)Bad蛋白在PCa和PIN的上皮細胞中表達率分別為85.4%和66.7%,高于癌旁BPH中的表達33.3%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.01);2)Bad蛋白在Pca旁間質細胞中表達率為52.1%,在BPH間質中呈弱陽(25.0%)或陰性表達,有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);3)Bad蛋白在Gleason評分≤7和7的PCa中表達率分別是66.7%和92.6%,有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);4)血清不同PSA值與(10ng/ml、10-20ng/ml、20ng/ml)與其對應的 Bad 陽性表達率(76%、85%和89%)均無明顯相關性(均P0.05)。結論:在PCa組織中Bad蛋白的表達率高,并與PCa的Gleason評分有關,提示Bad蛋白在PCa的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,有望成為PCa預測的預后指標之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of Bad protein in prostate cancer. Methods: the expression of Bad protein in prostatic epithelium and stromal cells was observed by immunohistochemical staining in 48 cases of prostatic carcinoma and 21 cases of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and 48 cases of benign prostatic tissue adjacent to carcinoma. Chemiluminescence assay was used to detect the value of PSA in serum of all patients. The relationship between the expression of Bad and the clinicopathological characteristics of PCa and the correlation between the expression of Bad and the values of different PSA were analyzed. Results the expression rate of Bad protein in PCa and PIN was 85.4% and 66.7%, respectively, which was higher than that in BPH adjacent to cancer. The difference was statistically significant (the expression rate of Bad protein was 52.1% in Pca stromal cells, and that in BPH stroma was 25.0%) or negative.
