【摘要】：目的:使用扶正平瘤湯聯(lián)合替莫唑胺治療腦膠質(zhì)瘤術(shù)后的患者,觀察其臨床療效。方法:將符合入組標準的60例腦膠質(zhì)瘤術(shù)后患者進行隨機分組,分為治療組和對照組。治療組采用扶正平瘤湯聯(lián)合替莫唑胺進行治療,對照組采用替莫唑胺治療。對兩組患者治療前后的腫瘤影像學(xué)療效、生活質(zhì)量評分、中醫(yī)證候改善情況、毒副反應(yīng)等進行觀察統(tǒng)計,將所得的結(jié)果用SPSS17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:(1)治療照組在腫瘤影像學(xué)療效的總有效率上高于對照組(P0.05)。(2)治療組在改善病人生活質(zhì)量上優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。(3)治療組在中醫(yī)證候的改善情況上優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。(4)治療組毒副反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用扶正平瘤湯聯(lián)合替莫唑胺對腦膠質(zhì)瘤術(shù)后的患者進行同步治療,能夠改善患者臨床癥狀、提高患者生存質(zhì)量,延緩腫瘤的生長。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Pingliu decoction combined with temozolidomide in the treatment of glioma after operation. Methods: 60 patients with glioma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Pingliu decoction combined with temozolidomide, while the control group was treated with temozolidomide. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of tumor imaging efficacy, quality of life score, TCM syndromes improvement, toxic side effects were observed and statistics, the results obtained by SPSS17.0 software for statistical processing. Results: 1) the total effective rate of radiology in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05. 05) the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life of the patients (P 0. 05. 0. 0. 3) the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P < 0. 05). The incidence of side effects was lower than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of Fuzheng Pingliu decoction and temozolidomide in the treatment of glioma patients after operation can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of the patients, and delay the growth of the tumor.
