【摘要】：隨著肺外科治療人群的變化和外科技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,目前臨床應(yīng)用的術(shù)前肺功能評估方法已不能準(zhǔn)確評估患者能否手術(shù)及手術(shù)風(fēng)險。結(jié)合國內(nèi)外關(guān)于肺功能評價的研究進(jìn)展及臨床實(shí)踐,本文重點(diǎn)總結(jié)常用肺功能評估方法的優(yōu)勢與不足,肺功能臨床應(yīng)用價值及運(yùn)動試驗(yàn)的臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀與進(jìn)展,旨在為臨床合理評價術(shù)前心肺功能,降低手術(shù)風(fēng)險和并發(fā)癥提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the changes in the population of lung surgery and the progress of surgical techniques, the preoperative lung function assessment method used in clinical practice has been unable to accurately assess the surgical risk and surgical risk of patients. Combined with the research progress and clinical practice of lung function evaluation at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of common methods of lung function evaluation, the clinical application value of lung function and the present situation and progress of clinical application of exercise test. The aim is to provide reference for clinical evaluation of preoperative cardiopulmonary function and reduction of surgical risk and complications.
