【摘要】：目的探討終末期乳腺癌患者高危型人乳頭瘤狀病毒(HPV)感染與信號轉導與轉錄活化因子(Stat3)活性及白細胞介素-17(IL-17)表達意義,為乳腺癌的治療提供理論依據。方法隨機選取2013年3月-2016年2月寧波市第二醫(yī)院收治的156例乳腺癌患者石蠟組織標本,同時收集患者的腫瘤大小、年齡等臨床病理資料,用免疫組化的方法檢測了乳腺癌中的Stat3活性的表達和IL-17的表達。結果 156例乳腺癌中Stat3的活化狀態(tài)即p-Stat3有強陽性(2+--3+)表達的127例;陽性(+)表達的為28例,表達陰性(-)的有1例,對156例乳腺癌中HPV與Stat3信號通路的活化進行雙變量的相關性分析,Spearman相關系數(shù)(rs)為0.089,P=0.091,說明乳腺癌中HPV感染與的p-Stat3表達量不相關;156例有78例強陽性(2+--3+)表達,有59例陽性(+)表達,有19例IL-17表達為陰性(-)的;對156例乳腺癌中HPV感染與IL-17的表達進行雙變量的相關性分析,Spearman相關系數(shù)(rs)為-0.169,P=0.001,說明乳腺癌中HPV感染與IL-17的表達量之間有相關性。結論 HPV感染與的p-Stat3表達量無相關性,HPV感染與IL-17的表達量之間有相關性,臨床上可通過檢測IL-17的表達量判斷HPV感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection signal transduction and transcriptional activator (Stat3) activity and interleukin-17 (IL-17) expression in patients with end-stage breast cancer and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 156 paraffin tissue specimens from the second Hospital of Ningbo City from March 2013 to February 2016 were randomly selected, and the tumor size, age and other clinicopathological data were collected at the same time. The expression of Stat3 activity and IL-17 in breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results among the 156 cases of breast cancer, there were 127 cases with strong positive expression of p-Stat3, 28 cases with positive expression and 1 case with negative expression of Stat3. Bivariate correlation analysis of activation of HPV and Stat3 signaling pathway in 156 cases of breast cancer. The correlation coefficient of Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.089 Stat3 0.091, which indicated that there were 78 cases with strong positive expression of p-Stat3 in 156 cases of breast cancer, which showed that there was no correlation between HPV infection and the expression of p-Stat3 in 156 cases. 59 cases were positive and 19 cases were negative for IL-17. The bivariate correlation analysis of HPV infection and IL-17 expression in 156 cases of breast cancer showed that there was a correlation between HPV infection and the expression of IL-17 in breast cancer. Conclusion there is no correlation between HPV infection and the expression of p-Stat3. There is no correlation between HPV infection and the expression of IL-17. HPV infection can be judged by detecting the expression of IL-17 in clinic.
