【摘要】：目的:探討白血病患者GSTM1基因多態(tài)性與白血病療效及主要生物學(xué)特征的關(guān)系。方法:采用巢式PCR檢測(cè)GSTM1基因型,比較不同基因型患者第1療程的緩解率及發(fā)病時(shí)的主要生物學(xué)特征。結(jié)果:GSTM1非缺失基因型患者第1療程的緩解率及部分緩解率與GSTM1缺失基因型無(wú)顯著性差異(χ~2=0.290,P=0.590);GSTM1基因型與患者性別、年齡,初診時(shí)白細(xì)胞數(shù)、血紅蛋白水平、血小板數(shù)、脾臟腫大無(wú)相關(guān)性(P0.05);用Log-rank法對(duì)GSTM1缺失基因型的AML與ALL組比較結(jié)果顯示,AML與ALL組患者的生存率之間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(χ~2=2.043,P=0.153);GSTM1未缺失基因型患者初診時(shí)血清乳酸脫氫酶濃度與GSTM1缺失基因型比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.001)。結(jié)論:GSTM1基因型與白血病患者第1療程的緩解及部分緩解率無(wú)相關(guān)性,GSTM1基因型與患者血清乳酸脫氫酶濃度有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between GSTM1 gene polymorphism and the efficacy and biological characteristics of leukemia. Methods: nested PCR was used to detect GSTM1 genotypes. The remission rate and the main biological characteristics of patients with different genotypes in the first course of treatment were compared. Results there was no significant difference in remission rate and partial remission rate between non-deletion genotype and GSTM1 deletion genotype in the first course of treatment (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 0.290 ~ (0.290) and sex, age, white blood cell count, hemoglobin level and platelet count in patients with GSTM1. There was no correlation between splenomegaly and splenomegaly (P0.05A). The results showed that there was no significant difference between the survival rate of AML patients with GSTM1 deletion genotype and that of ALL group (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 043 ~ 0. 043) and the serum lactate dehydrogenase concentration and the level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in GSTM1 / GSTM1 patients at first visit. The genotypes of GSTM1 deletion were significantly different (P < 0. 001). Conclusion there is no correlation between the proportion of GSTM1 genotype and the remission and partial remission rate of leukemia patients in the first course of treatment. There is no correlation between the GSTM1 genotype and serum lactate dehydrogenase concentration.
