【摘要】：目的 :探討微RNA-146a(microRNA-146a,miRNA-146a)基因rs2910164位點多態(tài)性與胃癌易感性的關(guān)系。方法 :計算機(jī)檢索PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、相關(guān)期刊論文、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集關(guān)于miRNA-146a rs2910164多態(tài)性與胃癌罹患風(fēng)險關(guān)系的病例-對照研究。根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)納入及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選研究文獻(xiàn),提取數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評價。采用STATA 12.1軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析,計算合并比值比(odds ratio,OR)及95%可信區(qū)間(coni dence interval,CI),并進(jìn)行亞組分析、敏感性分析和發(fā)表偏倚檢測。結(jié)果 :共納入8個病例-對照研究,包括胃癌患者4 308例,非腫瘤對照者6 320例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,miRNA-146a rs2910164多態(tài)性與胃癌罹患風(fēng)險無統(tǒng)計學(xué)相關(guān)性(C vs G:OR=0.95,95%CI:0.84~1.08;GG+CG vs CC:OR=1.05,95%CI:0.85~1.29;GG vs CC+CG:OR=1.12,95%CI:0.94~1.34;CC vs GG:OR=0.91,95%CI:0.71~1.16;CG vs GG+CC:OR=0.95,95%CI:0.88~1.03)。敏感性分析時剔除了異質(zhì)性較大的一篇研究(Okubo等)后,C vs G及CC vs GG模型基因多態(tài)性與胃癌易感性相關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(OR=0.87,95%CI:0.84~0.95;OR=0.80,95%CI:0.70~0.91)。根據(jù)Lauren’s分型的亞組分析顯示,GG vs CC+CG模型基因多態(tài)性與腸型胃癌的罹患風(fēng)險增高相關(guān)(OR=1.24,95%CI:1.04~1.48)。結(jié)論 :miRNA-146a基因rs2910164位點多態(tài)性可能與胃癌易感性無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the rs2910164 polymorphism of microRNA-146a simiRNA-146a) gene and the susceptibility to gastric cancer. Methods: a computer-based search of PubMedus EMBASE Cochrane Library, full text Database of Chinese Journals, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Weip Database and Wanfang Database was conducted to collect case-control studies on the relationship between miRNA-146a rs2910164 polymorphism and gastric cancer risk. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the research documents were selected, the data were extracted and the quality was evaluated. STATA 12.1 software was used for Meta analysis.
