【摘要】:Notch信號的異;罨c急性白血病的關(guān)系密切。Notch信號通路的核心組件包括Notch受體、Notch配體、CSLDNA結(jié)合蛋白、下游靶基因等效應(yīng)分子等4部分。任何影響配體、受體、信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)分子及效應(yīng)分子的因素都會對Notch信號通路的傳遞產(chǎn)生影響;诋惓otch信號在急性白血病中的重要作用,目前已經(jīng)開發(fā)出了多種針對Notch上游信號的靶向藥物,但是由于Notch信號的復(fù)雜性、多效性,現(xiàn)有針對Notch上游信號的靶向藥物毒副作用較多。Hes基因家族是Notch信號中一個(gè)非常重要的靶基因,并且與白血病發(fā)生之間的關(guān)系密切。本文簡述了該研究領(lǐng)域的新進(jìn)展,期望Hes蛋白或基因的深入研究能為研發(fā)新一代靶向藥物提供參考。
[Abstract]:Abnormal activation of Notch signal is closely related to acute leukemia. The core components of Notch signaling pathway include Notch receptor Notch ligand CSL DNA-binding protein, downstream target gene and other effector molecules. Any factors affecting ligand, receptor, signal transduction molecule and effector molecule will affect the transmission of Notch signal pathway. Based on the important role of abnormal Notch signal in acute leukemia, a variety of targeted drugs for upstream Notch signal have been developed, but because of the complexity and efficiency of Notch signal, There are many drug toxicity and side effects targeting upstream Notch signal. Hes gene family is a very important target gene in Notch signal and has a close relationship with leukaemia. In this paper, the recent progress in this field is briefly reviewed. It is hoped that the further study of Hes protein or gene can provide a reference for the development of a new generation of targeted drugs.
