【摘要】：目的:綜合評(píng)價(jià)X線修復(fù)交叉互補(bǔ)基因3(X-ray repair cross-complementing group 3,XRCC3)Thr241Met單核苷酸基因多態(tài)性與胃癌易感性的關(guān)系。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)、中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、Pub Med、Cochrane Library,收集國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)表的關(guān)于XRCC3 Thr241Met基因多態(tài)性與胃癌易感性的病例-對(duì)照研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。采用Stata12.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,計(jì)算合并比值比(odd ratio,OR)及95%可信區(qū)間(confidence interval,CI)。結(jié)果:共納入12篇文獻(xiàn),從總的效應(yīng)量分析,XRCC3 Thr241Met基因多態(tài)性與胃癌易感性間無明顯相關(guān)性,按種族進(jìn)行亞組分析,提示在亞洲人群中隱性模型(MM vs MT+TT:OR=2.59,95%CI:1.98~3.39,P0.001)、等位模型(M vs T:OR=1.57,95%CI:1.05~2.35,P=0.028)、純合子模型(MM vs TT:OR=3.39,95%CI:2.17~5.31,P0.001)均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。基于對(duì)照組來源及是否符合Hardy-Weinberg遺傳平衡進(jìn)行的亞組分析結(jié)果提示突變型與野生型無明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:在亞洲人群中,XRCC3 Thr241Met基因多態(tài)性可能與胃癌易感性有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms of 3(X-ray repair cross-complementing group 3rCC3hthr241Met gene with susceptibility to gastric cancer. Methods: to search the full text database of Chinese periodicals (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Chinese Sci-tech Journal Full-text Database (XRCC3 Thr241Met), Pub MedCochrane Library, and collect the published data on the polymorphism of XRCC3 Thr241Met gene at home and abroad. Case-control study of gastric cancer susceptibility. Statistical analysis was carried out with Stata12.0 software. The combined ratio was calculated as odd ratioor) and 95% confidence intervalescence. Results: there was no significant correlation between the polymorphism of XRCC3 Thr241Met gene and the susceptibility of gastric cancer. It is suggested that in Asian population, the hidden model (MM vs MT TTW OR2.5995) has statistical significance, and the allelic model (M vs TW OR 1.5795) has statistical significance, and the homozygous model (MM vs TTW OR3.3995 CI2.175.31 / P0.001) has statistical significance. The results of subgroup analysis based on the origin of control group and the genetic balance of Hardy-Weinberg showed that there was no significant difference between the mutant and the wild type. Conclusion: the polymorphism of XRCC3 Thr241Met gene may be associated with gastric cancer susceptibility in Asian population.
