【摘要】：長鏈非編碼RNA(lncRNA)能夠在轉(zhuǎn)錄及轉(zhuǎn)錄后水平上調(diào)節(jié)蛋白編碼基因的表達(dá),并作為癌基因或抑癌基因的調(diào)控因子參與調(diào)節(jié)腫瘤生物學(xué)行為。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)多種lncRNA具有調(diào)節(jié)肺癌細(xì)胞生物學(xué)行為的重要作用,與肺癌發(fā)生、轉(zhuǎn)移、侵襲及肺癌患者預(yù)后等密切關(guān)聯(lián)。本文就5種與肺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展關(guān)系密切的lncRNA(MALAT1、Gas5、HOTAIR、BANCR和SPRY4-IT1)的功能及其可能的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述,為lncRNA在肺癌轉(zhuǎn)移和耐藥方面研究中的應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Long chain noncoding RNAs (LNRNAs) can regulate the expression of protein-encoded genes at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels, and act as regulatory factors of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes to regulate the biological behavior of tumors. Many kinds of lncRNA have been found to play an important role in regulating the biological behavior of lung cancer cells, which are closely related to the occurrence, metastasis, invasion and prognosis of lung cancer patients. In this paper, the functions and possible mechanisms of five kinds of LNC RNAs MALAT1 Gas5 (HOTAIRIRN BANCR and SPRY4-IT1) closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer were reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of lncRNA in the study of lung cancer metastasis and drug resistance.
