【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜癌中絲裂原活化蛋白激酶4(MAP2K4)和波形蛋白的表達(dá),并分析其表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的病理特征及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)128例子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中MAP2K4和波形蛋白的表達(dá),并分析MAP2K4和波形蛋白的表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的病理特征的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中MAP2K4蛋白和波形蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為49/128(38.3%)和83/128(64.8%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。MAP2K4蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)與腫瘤的FIGO分期及淋巴結(jié)是否轉(zhuǎn)移呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P=0.010,P=0.016),而波形蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)與腫瘤的FIGO分期(P=0.025)、組織學(xué)分級(jí)(P=0.017)、肌層浸潤(rùn)深度(P=0.044)及淋巴結(jié)是否轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.032)呈正相關(guān)。在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中,MAP2K4和波形蛋白的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.598,P0.001)。MAP2K4蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)(MAP2K4+)的患者總體生存率較其陰性表達(dá)(MAP2K4-)的患者高(P=0.002),而波形蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)的患者總體生存率較其陰性表達(dá)的患者低(P=0.007)。并且,MAP2K4+/波形蛋白陰性患者的無(wú)病生存時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),而MAP2K4-/波形蛋白陽(yáng)性患者的無(wú)病生存時(shí)間最短(P=0.004)。結(jié)論 MAP2K4和波形蛋白的聯(lián)合檢測(cè)有助于子宮內(nèi)膜癌的早期診斷及預(yù)后分析。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAP2K4) and vimentin in endometrial carcinoma, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of mitogen activated protein kinase (MAP2K4) and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MAP2K4 and vimentin in 128 cases of endometrial carcinoma, and the correlation between the expression of MAP2K4 and vimentin and the pathological features of endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. Results the positive expression rates of MAP2K4 protein and vimentin in endometrial carcinoma were 49 / 12838 / 38.3 and 83 / 128 / 64.8respectively. There was a significant difference between the positive expression of MAP2K4 protein and tumor FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis (P 0.010, P 0.016), while the positive expression of MAP2K4 protein in endometrial carcinoma was negatively correlated with the tumor's FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis. The positive expression of white was positively correlated with the FIGO stage of the tumor (P0. 025), the histological grade (P0. 017), the depth of myometrial invasion (P0. 044) and the lymph node metastasis (P0. 032). In endometrial carcinoma, the overall survival rate of patients with positive expression of MAP2K4 and vimentin was significantly higher than that of patients with negative expression of MAP2K4, while the overall survival rate of patients with positive expression of vimentin was lower than that of patients with negative expression of MAP2K4. The overall survival rate of patients with positive expression of vimentin was lower than that of patients with negative expression of MAP2K4. The disease-free survival time of the patients with MAP2K4 / vimentin negative was the longest, while the disease-free survival time of the patients with MAP2K4-/ vimentin positive was the shortest (P 0.004). Conclusion the combined detection of MAP2K4 and vimentin is helpful to the early diagnosis and prognosis analysis of endometrial carcinoma.
