【摘要】：目的:分析益氣養(yǎng)陰湯聯(lián)合卡介苗免疫治療對(duì)卵巢癌患者免疫功能及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:選取2015年6月—2016年12月醫(yī)院腫瘤科接收的120例癌癥患者,經(jīng)病理證實(shí)為卵巢癌,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組。對(duì)照組采用采用口服卡介苗免疫治療;觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合益氣養(yǎng)陰湯治療。詳細(xì)記錄患者治療前、后血液中CD_4~+、CD_8~+、NK及CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值。并記錄患者的卡氏評(píng)分、體質(zhì)量及臨床治療效果。結(jié)果:治療后,患者的卡氏評(píng)分及體質(zhì)量明顯提高,但觀察組患者的卡氏評(píng)分(73.92±4.67)分、體質(zhì)量(57.19±2.49)kg明顯高于對(duì)照組卡氏評(píng)分(66.54±5.12)、體質(zhì)量(55.71±2.34)(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者的免疫指標(biāo)均有明顯改善;但觀察組的CD_4~+(37.16±2.26)、CD_8~+(20.28±2.81)、NK(42.73±3.46)及CD_4~+/CD_8~+(1.78±0.15)明顯高于對(duì)照組CD_4~+(35.27±2.18)、CD_8~+(21.18±2.73)、NK(40.18±3.25)及CD_4~+/CD_8~+(1.64±0.13)(P0.05)。觀察組治療的有效率91.67%(55/60)明顯高于對(duì)照組的有效率81.67%(49/60)(P0.05)。觀察組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率13.33%(8/60)明顯低于對(duì)照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率25.00%(15/60)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益氣養(yǎng)陰湯聯(lián)合卡介苗免疫治療卵巢癌,可明顯改善患者免疫狀況,提高治療效果,增強(qiáng)患者的生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with BCG immunotherapy on immune function and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer. Methods: 120 cancer patients from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group was treated with oral BCG immunotherapy, and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin decoction on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, the CD4 / CD8 / NK and CD4 / / CD8 / T ratio in blood were recorded in detail. The patients' Cardahl score, body mass and clinical effect were recorded. Results: after treatment, the Karnoff score and body mass of the patients increased significantly, but in the observation group, the score was 73.92 鹵4.67, and the body weight was 57.19 鹵2.49)kg significantly higher than that in the control group (66.54 鹵5.12), and the body weight was 55.71 鹵2.34 (P 0.05). After treatment, the immunological indexes of the two groups were significantly improved, but the CD4 ~ + (37.16 鹵2.26) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (CD4 ~ 35.27 鹵2.18 鹵2.73 鹵3.25) and CD4- / -CDT _ (8) / P _ (0.05), and CD4- / -CDT _ (8) 鹵0.13P _ (0.05) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), but in the observation group, the CD8- (20.28 鹵2.81) and the CD4- /-_ (0.13) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and in the observation group, the levels of CD4- /-/ -CDT were 1.64 鹵0.13P _ (0.05) and 1.64 鹵0.13 respectively. The effective rate of treatment in the observation group (91.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (81.67%). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (13.33 / 60) was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.00 / 60). Conclusion: the combination of Yiqi Yangyin decoction and BCG vaccine in the treatment of ovarian cancer can obviously improve the immune status of the patients, improve the therapeutic effect and enhance the quality of life of the patients, which is worthy of clinical popularization and reference.
