【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)甘氨雙唑鈉聯(lián)合放療治療原發(fā)性食管癌的有效性和安全性。方法檢索EMbase,Pub Med,Cochrane Library,維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、相關(guān)期刊論文、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),納入甘氨雙唑鈉聯(lián)合放療對(duì)比單純放療治療原發(fā)性食管癌患者的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)組予以甘氨雙唑鈉聯(lián)合放射療法治療,對(duì)照組予以單純的放射療法。用Rev Man 5.3軟件對(duì)完全緩解率、總緩解率、藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入9項(xiàng)隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),854例受試對(duì)象,其中試驗(yàn)組450例,對(duì)照組404例。試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的完全緩解率分別為54.22%(244例/450例)和28.46%(115例/404例),總緩解率分別為96.44%(434例/450例)和80.41%(324例/404例),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為49.42%(86例/174例)和55.83%(67例/120例),差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論甘氨雙唑鈉聯(lián)合放療治療原發(fā)性食管癌的臨床療效顯著優(yōu)于單純放療。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of gallidiazole sodium combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of primary esophageal carcinoma. Methods We searched EMbase Pub MedCochrane Library, Weip Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Wanfang Database, and conducted a randomized controlled trial in combination with radiotherapy and radiotherapy in patients with primary esophageal cancer. The experimental group was treated with glymediazole sodium combined with radiotherapy, while the control group was treated with radiotherapy alone. The complete remission rate, total remission rate and incidence rate of adverse drug reactions were analyzed by Meta with Rev Man 5.3 software. Results A total of 854 subjects were included in 9 randomized controlled trials, including 450 cases in the trial group and 404 cases in the control group. The complete remission rates of the trial group and the control group were 54.22 ~ 244 / / 450 and 28.46 / 115 / / 404, respectively. The total remission rate was 96.4444 / 434 / / 450) and 80.41 / 324 / 404 / 404, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (all P 0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the trial group and the control group was 49.42 / 86 and 55.83 / 67 / 120, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the clinical curative effect of combined radiotherapy with glycidizole sodium is better than that of radiotherapy alone in the treatment of primary esophageal carcinoma.
