【摘要】：目的 探討子宮內(nèi)膜和卵巢原發(fā)性雙癌的臨床病理特征、診治及預(yù)后。方法 回顧性分析2006年1月至2014年10月在廣西壯族自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院診斷為子宮內(nèi)膜和卵巢原發(fā)性雙癌患者臨床病理資料。結(jié)果 9例患者中位診斷年齡為45歲,臨床表現(xiàn)以盆腔包塊和異常陰道流血為主。所有患者均接受手術(shù)治療,術(shù)后病理檢查提示子宮內(nèi)膜和卵巢原發(fā)性雙癌病理類型,兩種癌分期均為Ⅰ期者8例。8例予術(shù)后輔助化療,1例聯(lián)合放療,其中行腹腔化療4例。術(shù)后隨訪1~68個(gè)月,中位數(shù)隨訪時(shí)間24個(gè)月,現(xiàn)7例均存活,無(wú)復(fù)發(fā),1例失訪,1例死亡。結(jié)論 子宮內(nèi)膜和卵巢原發(fā)性雙癌患者發(fā)病年齡輕,多為早期,分化較好,預(yù)后好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of primary double endometrial and ovarian carcinoma. Methods from January 2006 to October 2014, the clinicopathological data of patients with primary double carcinoma of endometrium and ovary in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region people's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results the median diagnosis age of 9 patients was 45 years old. The main clinical manifestations were pelvic mass and abnormal vaginal bleeding. All the patients received surgical treatment.
