【摘要】：正患者女,28歲,發(fā)現(xiàn)腹腔包塊1月余�；颊呒韧w健,無腹痛腹脹,無惡心嘔吐,無嘔血黑便,無高血壓,1個月前無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)腹部有一包塊,約"拳頭"大小,質(zhì)韌,活動度可,無明顯觸痛,腫塊增長不明顯,大小約10 cm×10 cm。實驗室檢查:血、尿常規(guī)及血清生化檢查無異常。東軟Neu Viz 128 CT平掃+多期增強(qiáng)+三維重組示:腹腔內(nèi)胰頭前下方腸系膜區(qū)見一類圓形軟組織密度腫塊影,邊界尚清,增強(qiáng)后動脈期呈明顯"血管"樣強(qiáng)化,周邊見多發(fā)迂
[Abstract]:A 28-year-old female patient was found with celiac mass for more than 1 month. The patient had no abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, no hematemesis, black stool, and no hypertension. A month ago, he unintentionally found a lump in his abdomen, about the size of "fist", tough in quality, able to move, no obvious tenderness, and the growth of the mass was not obvious. The size is about 10 cm 脳 10 cm. Laboratory examination: blood, urine routine and serum biochemical examination were not abnormal. Neu Viz 128CT showed that a kind of circular soft tissue density mass was seen in the anterior and inferior mesenteric region of the pancreatic head in abdominal cavity, the boundary was still clear, the enhancement of the posterior artery was obvious "vessel" like enhancement, and multiple vessels were seen around it.
