【摘要】：目的探討血小板參數(shù)測定在乳腺癌早期診斷中的應用價值。方法回顧性分析2015年1-12月該院收治的103例乳腺癌患者與117例纖維腺瘤患者入院24h內的靜脈血血小板參數(shù),包括血小板計數(shù)(PLT)、血小板壓積(PCT)、平均血小板體積(MPV)、平均血小板內容物濃度(MPC)、平均血小板內容物含量(MPM)、血小板分布寬度(PDW),與100例同期健康體檢人群作對照組進行比較,并繪制ROC曲線評價血小板各參數(shù)的診斷效能。結果與對照組相比,纖維腺瘤組和乳腺癌組的PLT、PCT顯著增高(P0.01),MPC、MPM、PDW顯著降低(P0.01),MPV差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與纖維腺瘤組相比,乳腺癌組的MPC明顯降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。MPC用于診斷乳腺癌的ROC曲線下面積最高(AUC=0.841),當診斷臨界值為249.5g/L時,敏感性為82.5%,特異度為73.6%。結論血小板參數(shù)的檢測,尤其是MPC,對乳腺癌的早期診斷具有一定的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of platelet parameter determination in early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods the venous platelet parameters of 103 patients with breast cancer and 117 patients with fibroadenoma from January to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. It included platelet count (PLT), platelet pressure accumulation (PCT), mean platelet volume (MPV), mean platelet content (MPPC), mean platelet content (MPM), platelet distribution width (PDW), and control group (n = 100). ROC curves were plotted to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of platelet parameters. Results compared with the control group, the level of MPC in the fibroadenoma group and breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the MPC in the breast cancer group was significantly lower than that in the fibroadenoma group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). MPC was used to diagnose breast cancer with the highest area under the ROC curve. When the diagnostic critical value was 249.5g/L, the sensitivity was 82.5 and the specificity was 73.6. Conclusion Detection of platelet parameters, especially MPCs, is valuable for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
