【摘要】：目的觀察分析本院制劑補(bǔ)鐵丸(禹余糧、紅參、白術(shù)等)對1例胃癌化療后所致缺鐵性貧血(IDA)的治療作用。方法對導(dǎo)師結(jié)合病癥具體辨證,運(yùn)用辨治兼容性,圓機(jī)活法聯(lián)合老藥新用對療效顯著的病例進(jìn)行回顧性梳理。結(jié)果補(bǔ)鐵丸可迅速有效改善胃癌化療后脾腎虧虛、氣血生化不足所致IDA,緩解該病及其諸多癥狀。結(jié)論補(bǔ)鐵丸對胃癌化療后機(jī)體所致IDA療效顯著穩(wěn)定,無不良反應(yīng)。為消化道腫瘤患者化療后不同程度IDA的病證結(jié)合治療,提供新的用藥選擇與治法借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Bu-tie Pill (Yu Yu-liao, Hongshen, Atractylodes macrocephala) on a case of iron-deficiency anemia caused by chemotherapeutic therapy of gastric cancer.Methods retrospective study was carried out on the patients with significant curative effect by the combination of specific syndrome differentiation, compatibility of differentiation and treatment, combined with new application of old medicine.Results Butie Pill could improve IDA caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of qi and blood biochemistry, and relieve the disease and its symptoms after chemotherapy.Conclusion the curative effect of Butie Pill on IDA after chemotherapy is stable and no side effect.To provide a new choice of medication and treatment method for patients with digestive tract tumor after chemotherapy for different degrees of IDA combined with disease and syndrome treatment.
