【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,女,51歲,因"2年前體檢時發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔囊性腫物直徑約5cm,定期檢查逐漸增大"于2016年1月11日入院。近5月患者偶有下腹部鈍痛,體位改變時明顯,排便后緩解;夜尿頻,3~4次/夜,無尿急、尿痛癥狀。既往月經(jīng)周期規(guī)律,經(jīng)量偏多,偶有痛經(jīng)。入院查體:T36.4℃、P86次/min,R18次/min,Bp140/100mmHg。婦科檢查:外陰陰道發(fā)育正常,宮頸光滑,子宮水平位,略大,無觸痛;其左前方可觸及直徑約10cm囊性腫物,略活動,輕觸痛,右側(cè)未及異常。經(jīng)陰+腹
