【摘要】：目的探討人乳頭狀瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus,HPV)、EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)在喉癌發(fā)病過(guò)程中的相關(guān)性。方法取101例臨床與病理確診的喉癌石蠟包埋組織標(biāo)本采用核酸分子快速導(dǎo)流雜交基因芯片分型技術(shù)(Hybri Max)和實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR技術(shù)進(jìn)行37種HPV亞型檢測(cè)和EBV定量檢測(cè),并以43例臨床與病理確診的聲帶息肉石蠟包埋組織為對(duì)照,進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。結(jié)果喉癌組中HPV總陽(yáng)性率為13.86%(14/101),聲帶息肉組中HPV總陽(yáng)性率為9.3%(4/43)。HPV在喉癌和聲帶息肉組織中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。喉癌組中EBV陽(yáng)性率為63.37%(64/101),聲帶息肉組中EBV陽(yáng)性率為13.95%(6/43)。EBV在喉癌及聲帶息肉組織中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);通過(guò)不同分化程度的喉癌組織中EBV陽(yáng)性率的相互比較,EBV在高分化型與中分化型喉癌組織中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),EBV在高分化型與低分化型、中分化型與低分化型喉癌組織中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在不同性別、年齡、病程以及民族的喉癌患者中EBV陽(yáng)性率均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論喉癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展與EBV感染密切相關(guān),與HPV感染可能無(wú)相關(guān)性。本研究通過(guò)探討喉癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展與HPV、EBV感染之間的相關(guān)性,以及喉癌的性別、年齡、病程、民族、分化程度等相關(guān)因素與EBV感染的關(guān)系,為未來(lái)研究喉癌的病毒學(xué)致病機(jī)制以及臨床上預(yù)防和治療喉癌提供一定的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 101 paraffin-embedded tissue specimens of laryngeal carcinoma were collected for 37 HPV subtypes and EBV quantitative detection by using DNA molecular fast flow hybridization gene chip typing technique and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technique.A comparative study was carried out on 43 cases of paraffin embedded tissues of vocal cord polyps diagnosed clinically and pathologically.Results the total positive rate of HPV was 13.86% in laryngeal carcinoma group and 14% / 101% in vocal cord polyp group. The total positive rate of 9.3%(4/43).HPV in vocal cord polyp group was not significantly different from that in laryngeal carcinoma and vocal cord polyp tissue (P 0.05).The positive rate of EBV in laryngeal carcinoma group was 63.37% and that in vocal cord polyp group was 63.37%. The positive rate of 13.95%(6/43).EBV in laryngeal carcinoma and vocal cord polyp was significantly higher than that in vocal cord polyp tissue (P 0.05). The ratio of EBV positive rate in laryngeal carcinoma tissues with different differentiation degree was different from that in vocal cord polyp group.There was no significant difference in the positive expression of EBV between well-differentiated and moderately differentiated laryngeal carcinomas. There was no significant difference in the expression of EBV between well-differentiated and poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinomas, and there was no significant difference in the expression of EBV between well-differentiated and poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinomas.There was significant difference in the positive expression of EBV between moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma tissues, but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of EBV among different sex, age, course of disease and ethnic group of laryngeal carcinoma.Conclusion the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma are closely related to EBV infection, but not to HPV infection.In this study, we investigated the relationship between EBV infection and the occurrence, development of laryngeal carcinoma, sex, age, course of disease, nationality and differentiation of laryngeal carcinoma.It provides a basis for the study of virological mechanism and clinical prevention and treatment of laryngeal carcinoma.
