【摘要】:基于多層電介質模型,對于適應于球形生物細胞的脈沖電場,提出了一種等效電路模型,在相同頻域下,內膜和外膜的變化趨勢相同,頻域分析表明,不同頻譜場將引起不同的生物醫(yī)學效應.我們針對癌癥細胞計算了跨膜電壓,并討論了脈沖和跨膜電壓以及阻抗的關系.結果表明不同的頻域和不同的持續(xù)時間對細胞的內膜和外膜有選擇性的影響,時域和頻域的分析顯示,在細胞上有一個窗口,當持續(xù)時間在10~(-8)~10~(-6)s之間,細胞內膜的電壓將高于細胞外膜的電壓.窗口效應為解釋生物細胞的脈沖電學效應提供了一種參考思路.
[Abstract]:Based on the multilayer dielectric model, an equivalent circuit model is proposed for the pulsed electric field suitable for spherical biological cells. In the same frequency domain, the change trend of the inner membrane and the outer membrane is the same, and the frequency domain analysis shows that,Different spectrum fields will cause different biomedical effects.We calculate the transmembrane voltage for cancer cells and discuss the relationship between pulse and transmembrane voltage and impedance.The results showed that different frequency domain and different duration had a selective effect on the intima and outer membrane of the cell. The analysis of time domain and frequency domain showed that there was a window in the cell, when the duration was between 10 ~ 10 ~ (-8) ~ 10 ~ (-6) s.The voltage of the inner membrane will be higher than that of the outer membrane.Window effect provides a reference for explaining the pulse electrical effect of biological cells.
