【摘要】：目的:探索在肺腺癌中Gab2高表達與臨床病理特征之間的關系,探索Gab2高表達與臨床預后之間的關系,旨在探索新的臨床預后判斷指標,探索新的靶向治療靶點。方法:取2012年7月3日至2015年2015年1月9日于手術切除的病理標本,肺腺癌組織、癌旁組織病理蠟塊,采用免疫組織化學SP法檢測檢Gab2蛋白的表達,分析其高表達臨床病理的關系并作出預后分析。結果:肺腺癌中Gab2的表達情況,癌組織與癌旁高表達卡方檢驗P值=0.000。肺腺癌中Gab2高表達與TMN分期、脈管癌栓卡方檢驗P值=0.045、P值=0.011。生存率的單因素Log-rank檢驗,Gab2高、低表達P值=0.040,脈管癌栓陽、陰性P值=0.001。結論:Gab2在肺腺癌組織中的高表達率為53.3%,高于其在癌旁組織中高表達率6.67%,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。在肺腺癌組織中Gab2蛋白的高表達與患者的性別、年齡、分化程度及淋巴結轉(zhuǎn)移無關(P0.05),而與TMN分期、脈管癌栓陽性有關(P0.05)。在肺腺癌患者中,淋巴結轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期、Gab2高表達以及脈管癌栓陽性,這些因素都是影響肺腺癌患者預后的重要因素(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between the high expression of Gab2 and the clinicopathological features in lung adenocarcinoma and the relationship between the high expression of Gab2 and the clinical prognosis.Methods: from July 3, 2012 to January 9, 2015, the expression of Gab2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in lung adenocarcinoma and paracancerous tissues, which were surgically resected from July 3, 2012 to January 9, 2015.The relationship between high expression and clinicopathology was analyzed and the prognosis was analyzed.Results: the expression of Gab2 in lung adenocarcinoma, the high expression of chi-square test (P = 0.000).The high expression of Gab2 and TMN stage were detected in lung adenocarcinoma.In univariate Log-rank test of survival rate, Gab2 was high, low expression P value was 0.040, vessel tumor thrombus positive, negative P value was 0.001.Conclusion the high expression rate of w Gab2 in lung adenocarcinoma is 53.3%, which is higher than that in paracancerous tissues (6.67%). The difference is statistically significant (P 0.05).The high expression of Gab2 protein in lung adenocarcinoma was not related to sex, age, differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but was related to TMN stage and positive vascular tumor thrombus.In patients with lung adenocarcinoma, the high expression of Gab2 in lymph node metastasis and the positive expression of vascular tumor thrombus were all important factors affecting the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients (P 0.05).
