【摘要】：硒結(jié)合蛋白1是一種含硒蛋白質(zhì),它與硒共價(jià)結(jié)合,參與了晚期高爾基體內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。大量研究表明硒結(jié)合蛋白1是一種新型的抗腫瘤物質(zhì),與腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖、分化和凋亡等密切相關(guān)。本文旨在探討硒結(jié)合蛋白1與腫瘤的發(fā)生與發(fā)展、分化程度、增殖、凋亡、轉(zhuǎn)移、化療敏感性和預(yù)后的關(guān)系,以期為腫瘤的早期診斷與個(gè)體化治療提供指導(dǎo),改善腫瘤患者的預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Selenium binding protein 1 is a selenium-containing protein which covalently binds to selenium and participates in the transport of proteins in the late Golgi.A large number of studies have shown that selenium-binding protein 1 is a new antitumor substance, which is closely related to the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of tumor cells.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between selenium binding protein 1 (Sbp1) and tumor development, differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, chemosensitivity and prognosis, in order to provide guidance for early diagnosis and individualized treatment of tumor.To improve the prognosis of tumor patients.
