【摘要】：2017年3月7-9日,"第89屆日本胃癌學會年會"在日本召開,會議對第15版日本《胃癌處理規(guī)約》進行了更新解讀,新版規(guī)約對幽門下淋巴結(jié)及胃癌侵犯十二指腸時的淋巴結(jié)重新進行了定義,對腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移重新分類;對內(nèi)鏡切除時不同的"R"的概念進行了解釋;對食管結(jié)合部癌的定義以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移范圍進行了說明;對病理學內(nèi)容(如TNM分期、淋巴管浸潤、靜脈浸潤、化療治療效果等)的記載進行了重新規(guī)定。新規(guī)約的更新反映了臨床對胃癌的最新的認識,對胃癌的診治及《胃癌治療指南》的修訂提供了重要參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:On March 7-9, 2017, the 89th Annual meeting of the Japanese gastric Cancer Society was held in Japan.The new protocol redefines the subpyloric lymph nodes and the lymph nodes of gastric cancer when they invade the duodenum, reclassifies the peritoneal metastasis, and explains the different "R" concepts in endoscopic excision.The definition and the range of lymph node metastasis of esophageal combined carcinoma were explained, and the records of pathological contents (such as TNM staging, lymphatic infiltration, venous infiltration, therapeutic effect of chemotherapy, etc.) were redefined.The update of the new protocol reflects the latest clinical understanding of gastric cancer and provides an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and the revision of the guidelines for the treatment of gastric Cancer.
