【摘要】：2017年3月7-9日,"第89屆日本胃癌學(xué)會(huì)年會(huì)"在日本召開(kāi),會(huì)議對(duì)第15版日本《胃癌處理規(guī)約》進(jìn)行了更新解讀,新版規(guī)約對(duì)幽門(mén)下淋巴結(jié)及胃癌侵犯十二指腸時(shí)的淋巴結(jié)重新進(jìn)行了定義,對(duì)腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移重新分類(lèi);對(duì)內(nèi)鏡切除時(shí)不同的"R"的概念進(jìn)行了解釋;對(duì)食管結(jié)合部癌的定義以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移范圍進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明;對(duì)病理學(xué)內(nèi)容(如TNM分期、淋巴管浸潤(rùn)、靜脈浸潤(rùn)、化療治療效果等)的記載進(jìn)行了重新規(guī)定。新規(guī)約的更新反映了臨床對(duì)胃癌的最新的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)胃癌的診治及《胃癌治療指南》的修訂提供了重要參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:On March 7-9, 2017, the 89th Annual meeting of the Japanese gastric Cancer Society was held in Japan.The new protocol redefines the subpyloric lymph nodes and the lymph nodes of gastric cancer when they invade the duodenum, reclassifies the peritoneal metastasis, and explains the different "R" concepts in endoscopic excision.The definition and the range of lymph node metastasis of esophageal combined carcinoma were explained, and the records of pathological contents (such as TNM staging, lymphatic infiltration, venous infiltration, therapeutic effect of chemotherapy, etc.) were redefined.The update of the new protocol reflects the latest clinical understanding of gastric cancer and provides an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and the revision of the guidelines for the treatment of gastric Cancer.
