【摘要】：目的:探討多原發(fā)三重癌的臨床病理特征和診療現(xiàn)狀。方法:本文回顧性分析1例甲狀腺、乳腺和肺三重癌患者的病歷資料及診治過程。結(jié)果:本例患者的多原發(fā)三重癌均行手術(shù)治療。由于本例患者為早期乳腺癌,并且雌激素受體陽性而淋巴結(jié)陰性,因此行21基因檢測,復發(fā)評分為低風險,所以未行化療。結(jié)論:多原發(fā)癌的治療原則及預后與單發(fā)癌相似,雌激素受體陽性而淋巴結(jié)陰性的早期乳腺癌患者的治療方案可以參考21基因復發(fā)評分系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinicopathological features and diagnosis and treatment of multiple primary triple carcinoma. Methods: a case of thyroid gland was retrospectively analyzed. Medical records, diagnosis and treatment of patients with triple breast and lung cancer. Results: all patients with multiple primary triple carcinoma of the breast underwent surgical treatment. Therefore, 21 gene detection, recurrence score is low, so no chemotherapy. Conclusion: the treatment principle and prognosis of multiple primary cancer is similar to that of single cancer. The treatment regimen for early breast cancer patients with estrogen receptor positive and lymph node negative can be referred to the 21 gene recurrence scoring system.
