【摘要】：肺癌是最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,其中以肺腺癌最為高發(fā),其不同組織亞型的臨床特點、影像表現(xiàn)、病理學(xué)和基因?qū)W特征各不相同。2011年2月,國際肺癌研究學(xué)會(IASLC)、美國胸科學(xué)會(ATS)和歐洲呼吸學(xué)會(ERS)公布了肺腺癌的國際多學(xué)科分類。根據(jù)此分類法,我們將從磨玻璃結(jié)節(jié)肺腺癌的病理分類與CT征象的相關(guān)性,以及肺腺癌EGFR、ALK基因突變與CT征象相關(guān)性兩方面入手,作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies, with adenocarcinoma of the lung being the most common. The clinical, imaging, pathological and genetic characteristics of different subtypes of lung cancer vary. The International Association of Lung Cancer Research (IASLC), the American Thoracic Association (ATS) and the European Respiratory Society (ERS) have published the International Multidisciplinary Classification of Lung Adenocarcinoma. According to this classification, we will study the correlation between the pathological classification and CT signs of lung adenocarcinoma with ground-glass nodules. The correlation between the mutation of EGFRL K gene and CT features in lung adenocarcinoma was reviewed.
