HOX家族及其在癌癥中的研究進展

【摘要】:編碼轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的同源異形盒(homeobox,HOX)基因在染色體上串聯(lián)成簇排列,是生物發(fā)育中決定身體節(jié)段邊界的重要基因.HOX在機體不同部位有相應(yīng)的表達模式,同時HOX的表達也包含著成體細胞的位置信息.HOX基因在癌癥發(fā)生發(fā)展中起重要作用,在白血病中的研究一直以來都受到關(guān)注,近年來HOX在肺癌、胃腸道腫瘤、前列腺癌、乳腺癌和卵巢癌等實體瘤中的研究也成為新的熱點.HOX基因的表達調(diào)控、細胞學(xué)功能和轉(zhuǎn)錄活性的研究對闡明HOX在癌癥中的作用具有重要意義.
[Abstract]:The homeoboxbox HOX (HOX) gene encoding transcription factors is arranged in clusters on chromosomes. It is an important gene that determines the boundary of body segments in biological development. HOX has a corresponding expression pattern in different parts of the body. At the same time, the expression of HOX also contains the location information of adult cells. HOX gene plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer. The research in leukemia has been paid close attention to. In recent years, HOX has been used in lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, prostate cancer. Studies in solid tumors, such as breast cancer and ovarian cancer, have also become a new hotspot. The regulation of HOX gene expression, cytological function and transcriptional activity are of great significance in elucidating the role of HOX in cancer.
