【摘要】：腸道微生物與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān),一直是基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)和食品安全等多個領(lǐng)域的研究熱點。由于腸道微生物的種類、機體腫瘤類型及其研究方法多樣化,所以目前腸道微生物與腫瘤的關(guān)系尚未完全明晰。文章對近幾年國內(nèi)外關(guān)于腸道微生物與腫瘤發(fā)生抑制的關(guān)系及其分子機理等相關(guān)研究文獻進行了梳理,以期為腸道微生物防治腫瘤提供參考。
[Abstract]:Intestinal microbes are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors and have been the focus of research in many fields, such as basic medicine, biology and food safety. So the relationship between intestinal microorganism and tumor is not completely clear at present. This paper reviews the research literature on the relationship between intestinal microorganism and tumor inhibition and its molecular mechanism at home and abroad in recent years. In order to provide reference for intestinal microorganism to prevent and cure tumor.
