【摘要】：分子靶向治療能特異性地作用于病變部位,憑借其高效低毒的優(yōu)勢(shì),成為腎癌治療方案的新寵,然而因腎癌存在多種耐藥基因,易對(duì)單一靶向藥物產(chǎn)生耐藥,大大降低其療效,因此研究者們?cè)噲D將不同靶點(diǎn)的藥物聯(lián)合應(yīng)用,以期進(jìn)一步提高治療效果。文中歸納總結(jié)了腎癌的發(fā)病機(jī)制、靶向治療的主要靶點(diǎn)以及聯(lián)合用藥的研究進(jìn)展,以期為腎癌的臨床用藥提供參考。
[Abstract]:Molecular targeting therapy can specifically act on the lesion site and become a new favorite of renal cell carcinoma treatment by virtue of its high efficiency and low toxicity. However, because of the existence of multiple drug resistance genes in renal cell carcinoma, it is easy to produce drug resistance to a single target drug, which greatly reduces its curative effect. Therefore, the researchers try to combine different target drugs in order to further improve the therapeutic effect. This paper summarizes the pathogenesis of renal cell carcinoma, the main targets of targeted therapy and the research progress of combined use of drugs. In order to provide a reference for the clinical use of renal cell carcinoma.
