【摘要】：應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)60例乳腺癌組織及其癌旁組織中大鼠肉瘤蛋白活化因子2(RASAL2)的表達(dá)情況,分析RASAL2與乳腺癌臨床發(fā)展及病理特征的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果顯示,RASAL2在乳腺癌組織中的表達(dá)明顯低于癌旁組織,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=25.145,P0.001)。RASAL2在Luminal B型乳腺癌中的表達(dá)明顯低于Non-Luminal B型,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=4.319,P=0.038)。且RASAL2的表達(dá)與雌激素受體、孕激素受體、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期和有無(wú)脈管侵犯有關(guān)(P0.05)。RASAL2在乳腺癌中低表達(dá),且與乳腺癌的發(fā)展和侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of sarcoma protein activator 2 (RASAL2) in 60 cases of breast cancer and its adjacent tissues. The correlation between RASAL2 and clinical development and pathological features of breast cancer was analyzed. The results showed that the expression of RASAL2 in breast cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 2 25. 145% P 0.001 +. RASAL2 expression in Luminal B breast cancer was significantly lower than that in Non-Luminal B breast cancer. The expression of RASAL2 was correlated with estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, lymph node metastasis stage and vascular invasion in breast cancer, and the expression of RASAL2 was related to the development, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
