【摘要】：目的:在運用番瀉葉緩解腫瘤患者化療后便秘的同時也伴隨著諸如腹痛、腹瀉等不良反應的產(chǎn)生,本研究通過運用番瀉葉聯(lián)合炙甘草,觀察可否在緩解腫瘤患者化療后便秘的同時減輕番瀉葉的副作用。為今后運用番瀉葉緩解化療后便秘提供更多的臨床依據(jù)。方法:將化療過程中或化療結(jié)束后出現(xiàn)便秘的60例患者分為實驗組和對照組,實驗組采用番瀉葉10g、炙甘草10g泡服,對照組采用番瀉葉10g泡服,觀察兩者患者便秘的緩解情況及副作用發(fā)生情況。成果:實驗組當中顯效15例,有效10例,無效5例,其中腹瀉18例,腹瀉率60%,總有效率83.3%;對照組當中顯效16例,有效8例,無效6例,其中包含腹瀉20例,腹瀉率66.7%,總有效率80%,等級資料的比較采用非參數(shù)檢驗,實驗組和對照組療效差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);實驗組中發(fā)生腹痛者5例,嘔吐2例,惡心3例,腹脹6例,對照組腹痛12例,嘔吐8例,惡心10例,腹脹14例,兩組在副作用發(fā)生率上差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(p值0.05)。結(jié)論:番瀉葉配合炙甘草的有效率與單獨使用番瀉葉相當,而副作用發(fā)生率明顯低于單獨使用番瀉葉,提示番瀉葉配合炙甘草在降低副作用的前提下可有效緩解便秘。
[Abstract]:Objective: to alleviate constipation after chemotherapy in patients with tumor by using Senna leaf, accompanied by adverse reactions such as abdominal pain and diarrhea. To observe the possibility of relieving constipation after chemotherapy in cancer patients while alleviating the side effects of Senna leaf. To provide more clinical basis for the application of Senna leaf in relieving constipation after chemotherapy. Methods: to release the Senna leaf during chemotherapy or after chemotherapy. 60 patients with constipation were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with 10 g Senna leaf, the control group with 10 g Senna leaf, and the control group with 10 g of Senna leaf. The remission and side effects of constipation were observed. Results: in the experimental group, 15 cases were effective, 10 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. Among them, 18 cases had diarrhea, the diarrhea rate was 60%, and the total effective rate was 83.3%. In the control group, 16 cases were effective, 8 cases effective, 6 cases ineffective, including 20 cases of diarrhea, 66.7% of diarrhea rate, 80% of total effective rate, and non-parametric test was used to compare the grade data. There were 5 cases of abdominal pain, 2 cases of vomiting, 3 cases of nausea, 6 cases of abdominal distension, 12 cases of abdominal pain, 8 cases of vomiting, 10 cases of nausea and 14 cases of abdominal distension. Conclusion: the effective rate of Senna leaf combined with baked licorice is the same as that of Senna leaf alone, and the side effect rate is obviously lower than that of Senna leaf alone. The results suggest that Senna combined with Glycyrrhiza uralensis can effectively relieve constipation on the premise of reducing side effects.
