【摘要】：目的評價X線引導(dǎo)局麻下倒Y型金屬氣管支架置入過程中改良交換導(dǎo)絲引入方法縮短手術(shù)操作時間的技術(shù)可行性。方法回顧性分析局麻下置入倒Y型金屬氣道支架16例。其中6例采用常規(guī)分次加硬導(dǎo)絲引入,10例患者采用改良方法 ,一次性2根加硬導(dǎo)絲引入,技術(shù)成功率及手術(shù)操作時間作為主要觀察指標。結(jié)果局麻下16例倒Y型金屬氣道支架均成功置入,常規(guī)方法組手術(shù)操作時間平均為15.6 min,改良組手術(shù)操作時間平均為11.1 min,兩組方法比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論改良一次性加硬導(dǎo)絲置入在局麻下倒Y型金屬氣道支架置入治療惡性隆突狹窄能有效縮短手術(shù)操作時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the technical feasibility of using modified exchange guide wire to shorten the operation time during the procedure of inserting inverted Y type metal tracheal stent under local anesthesia. Methods retrospective analysis was made on the placement of inverted Y type metal airway branch under local anesthesia. Among the 16 cases, 6 cases were treated with routine grading plus hard wire introduction and 10 cases were treated with modified method. Results 16 cases of inverted Y metal airway stents were successfully implanted under local anesthesia. The average operating time of conventional group was 15.6 min, and that of modified group was 11.1 min. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the modified one-off and hard guide wire are inserted into the airway branch of inverted Y type metal under local anesthesia. Stent placement for malignant Carina stenosis can effectively shorten the operative time.
