高頻ns脈沖串作用下肝臟腫瘤熱效應(yīng)的多參數(shù)有限元仿真

【摘要】:為了綜合傳統(tǒng)不可逆電穿孔和ns脈沖的特點(diǎn),充分發(fā)揮脈沖電場(chǎng)非熱治療腫瘤的優(yōu)勢(shì),將高頻ns脈沖串引入到消融腫瘤組織的應(yīng)用中,并研究了此高頻ns脈沖串在生物組織中產(chǎn)生的熱效應(yīng)。通過多參數(shù)有限元方法對(duì)施加1對(duì)針電極的肝臟和腫瘤組織的溫度以及熱損傷進(jìn)行了仿真,施加的電壓范圍為1~4 k V,脈沖寬度范圍為50~500 ns,重復(fù)頻率介于100 k Hz~1 MHz之間,脈沖串長(zhǎng)度為100μs,脈沖串的重復(fù)頻率為1 Hz。使用Pennes生物傳熱方程計(jì)算電熱耦合下的溫度,并根據(jù)Arrhenius公式計(jì)算熱損傷。結(jié)果表明:腫瘤在單個(gè)脈沖串作用下在100μs時(shí)刻達(dá)到的最高溫度為49.26℃;在1 s時(shí)刻最高溫度為40.4℃,經(jīng)過1 s時(shí)刻之后熱損傷的累積程度只有0.001 6,不會(huì)造成熱損傷;通過參數(shù)擬合,可以得到任意參數(shù)下的組織溫度以及熱損傷。研究結(jié)果可為將來的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究提供參數(shù)選擇的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to integrate the characteristics of traditional irreversible electroporation and ns pulse, and give full play to the advantages of non-thermal treatment of tumor by pulsed electric field, the high frequency ns pulse train was introduced into the application of ablation of tumor tissue. The thermal effect of this high frequency ns pulse train in biological tissue was studied. The temperature and thermal damage of liver and tumor tissue with a pair of needle electrodes were simulated by multi-parameter finite element method. The applied voltage range is 1kV, the pulse width is 50kHz, the repetition rate is between 100k Hz~1 MHz, the length of the pulse string is 100ms, and the repetition rate of the train is 1Hz. The temperature under electrothermal coupling is calculated by using the Pennes bio-heat transfer equation. The thermal damage was calculated by Arrhenius formula. The results showed that the maximum temperature of tumor was 49.26 鈩,
